Welcome to Samarpan Art School

At Samarpan Art School, I believe that anyone can learn to create beautiful art. My students range from beginners to more advanced learners. I provide special emphasis on the core techniques and concepts of sketching, drawing, painting, and coloring using various media like pencil, ink, watercolor, pastel, and paint (oil or acrylic). My step-by-step guidance on ‘how-to’ draw and color, allows my students to gain confidence in their artistic abilities and unleash their creativity. Join me today to start your artistic journey!

My Story

Samarpan Art School is run by Smita Sonthalia. Smita is an artist, art-teacher and a creative thinker, who blends extensive art experience with modern teaching style to deliver highly impactful art lessons. She has been teaching art for 20 years and has consistently been rated highly by her pupils.

Currently she teaches art to about 80 students from Harrow and around.

Samarpan is the only art center in Harrow affiliated to the Arts Award by Trinity College London & Arts Council of England.
