Teaching Guidelines

In-Person Classes: Teachers maintain a professional, organized, and safe classroom, fostering hands-on learning and student participation.
Online Classes: Teachers deliver lessons through school-approved platforms, ensuring a distraction-free space, professional conduct, and adherence to digital safety standards.

Hybrid Work Expectations

Lesson plans should be adapted appropriately for both in-person and online delivery.
Attendance, engagement, and student progress must be consistently tracked.
Teachers are responsible for using school-provided tools properly and reporting any issues promptly.

Professional Conduct

All staff are expected to maintain respect, inclusivity, and confidentiality at all times.
Any breaches of policy may result in disciplinary action.
